The groups were too big. My husband couldn't hear with the ear plugs and when the guide was in front too far I couldn't hear her either. So disappointing.The ear phones worked much better in Auswtich for people with earring AIDS.

Auschwitz Birkenau Museum Guided Tour with Pickup (English)
Pick up times are unclear as there are many people to pick up. I was not told anything about this but luckily I was ready when the van cam 30 minutes earlier than expected. The tour was excellent and worth the visit. Everything explained well.
